Day in, day out, our engineers maintain the services that enhance the life of our clients’ properties, ensuring that building services are operated and maintained in optimum condition, delivering a complete high quality and high-value service.
Summit Design Limited understands the need for clients to feel confident in our ability to manage scheduled activities efficiently whilst maintaining a pro-active presence in complex working environments. It is our highly trained engineers who provide ‘site specific’ levels of service allowing clients to focus on their core business, in the knowledge that we, as a company, are focussed on looking after their technical responsibilities.
For our contract maintenance customers, delivering a rapid response, maintenance and repair, we are usually attending 6.00am to 11pm, and, of course with ‘Emergency Response’, 364 days a year, we aim to respond within the shortest timescale possible.
The service and maintenance division continues to provide a high level of expertise, with 95% of our clients being retained year on year.
For clients’ peace of mind and energy efficiency we strongly recommend that systems are subject to regular maintenance. It is a recognised fact that regularly serviced ventilation & air conditioning equipment will have a far longer lifespan, will subsequently have higher performance, and ultimately be more energy efficient than a systems that do not receive ‘Planned Preventative Maintenance’.
We are therefore able to offer 'tailor made' Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts to suit clients’ specific needs, aimed to ensure that our clients’ systems are always working at optimum performance levels.
We recognise that the installation of Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems are a major investment. Naturally, it is valuable to want to protect your investment, by both enhancing the life of the system by ensuring that the equipment is running efficiently and economically.
You wouldn’t buy a new car and not have it maintained.
To achieve this we would suggest that entering into a Maintenance Contract, which not only ensures regular servicing but will also help achieve increased longevity and better efficiency of your system for many years.
Above all, the latest F Gas regulations state that ALL air conditioning systems having over 3 kgs of refrigerant installed MUST be check annually.
This is now a legal requirement.
F-Gas regulations came into force in July 2007 and prevent the use of HFC refrigerants, which contribute to global warming. In addition to this, the R22 phase out, which concerns the ban of ozone depleting refrigerants used in both new and existing units, became law in June 2011.
F Gas Regulation and Legislation
F-Gas regulations came into force in July 2007 and prevent the use of HFC refrigerants, which contribute to global warming. In addition to this, the R22 phase out, which concerns the ban of ozone depleting refrigerants used in both new and existing units, became law in June 2011.
In order to ensure that your unit stays in line with these regulations, and to help contribute to the R22 phase out, the team at Summit Design will remove your old system and replace it with a new R22-free system which uses a more environmentally sound refrigerant.
Please don't run the risk of breaking the law and jeopardising your business. Contact Summit Design Limited today to get your air conditioner replaced and fully certified as safe.
