We are proud to be associated yet again with Arjun Waney for his new Robatayaki themed Restaurant by the name of Inko Nito.

Following the opening of a Los Angeles outpost last month, the London site will open on Soho’s Broadwick Street in April in partnership with Rainer Becker.

The Waney brothers also operate Roka (pictured), Oblix, Zuma, Coya, Meraki and the Arts Club and Summit are privileged to have been awarded Design and Build Contracts in all these outlets.Roka 009 DSC 1872 HDR 0

The new 90-cover Inko Nito site will feature an open Robata kitchen with dishes devised by Rainer Becker and group executive chef Hamish Brown, prepared on a robata grill.

Dishes include including beef cheek, with spicy Korean miso and pickled daikon with butter lettuce; bone marrow, smoked soy, garlic toast and shallot; and Dungeness crab tartare with wasabi mayo, chicken skin and roasted nori.

Inko Nito was an evolution of what was the original concept for ROKA which Summit have designed and installed full mechanical to the last 2 Restaurants

The Installation was technically a huge challenge, basically lighting a very large Bar-b-q inside the Restaurant directly under 8 floors of residential properties.

Senior Project Manager Simon Laxton commented “Local Authority approval and Landlords Compliance was undertaken and obtained by Summit Design as well as the Planning Approval using all of our 25 years of Kitchen Ventilation experience to convince everyone of the top design”.

The Landlords and Local Authority requirements indicated full odour control that was supplied by our partners in Kitchen Ventilation odour control Purified Air Ltd.

Purified Air are one of the world’s leading odour control and air purification specialists and together we have achieved perfect result in Restaurants to numerous to mention.

In the case of Inko Nito, High Efficiency Electrostatic Precipitators, Ultra Violet wash filters and Activated Carbon filters were utilised to ensure a perfect result.

High Efficiency Heat Pump Comfort Cooling Air Conditioning is provided by the new Panasonic PACi range supplied by AMP Ltd.

Again, we are pleased to have a 15 year association with AMP providing high efficiency Air Con to a myriad of business and residential properties.
